ShippingIt's FREE. All orders with a total value of over $49 ship free of charge to any physical address within the contiguous US. All other orders ship for a low flat fee of $9.95 per order.
We use several service providers such as FedEx, UPS and third party freight truck agents.
Most small items are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Packages will be delivered to your door with no appointment or signature required.
Oversize, Heavy or Large Items
These items are delivered free of charge to the curbside* via LTL (Freight Truck). The shipping company representative will contact you ahead of time to schedule a delivery appointment. At delivery it is required that someone 18 years or older be present to sign for and inspect the item(s). Make sure you inspect the packages carefully and note if any damages are present before signing the proof of delivery slip.
*Item(s) will be loaded off the truck, from this point item is in customers care to move to their room of choice. Additional delivery services are available upon request.
Immediately after you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. Our goal is for all in-stock items to leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of order being placed. Processing time varies slightly between items. Please check product page for estimated shipping date.
Once your order is ready to leave one of our warehouses, we will send you a Shipping Notification Email with detailed shipping and applicable tracking information.
A shipment notification email containing the tracking number for your order will be sent to you once your order has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in the Orders section of My Account or via the Order Lookup Tool. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Basic shipping is free. Additional services might be available for a fee. Examples of additional services are inside delivery, unpacking and debris removal, re-delivery or storage fees. Contemporary Furniture Warehouse will not be responsible for any additional costs. If these costs occur, customer will be responsible for the charges.
Items might be shipped from different warehouses and your order may arrive in one or more packages at different times.

Most items that are oversized, heavy, fragile are shipped via Freight Truck to ensure they arrive safely. White-glove delivery (inside delivery, unpacking and debris removal) might be available for a fee. Please contact us prior to purchase for details.
Unfortunately we are only able to ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. You might want to try using a third-party service to ship products from Contemporary Furniture Warehouse internationally.
